Whole rye wheat bread with 10% sunflower seeds. 1050g. Leave to defrost for 150-180 minutes. Then bake for approx. 14-15 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Ingredients: Whole rye (flour and bruised grain), natural sourdough (water, whole rye flour, rye flour), water, whole wheat flour, sunflower seeds, wheat flour, invert sugar syrup, caramel syrup, salt, yeast. May contain traces of sesame seeds.
