Swabian Style. 83g, with cut, fully baked, with salt pack. Place the frozen pretzels on a baking tray. Moisten the surface of the pretzel and press it into the pretzel salt attached. Heat the pretzel for approx. 4 minutes at 180 degrees celsius in a convection oven. Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, yeast, salt, malt flour (wheat, barley), wheat gluten, sugar, acidity regulator:E170; flour treatment agent: E300; acidity regulator: sodium hydroxide.
