Upon first smelling, you detect a subtle minerality, a slight saltiness, and distinctive aromas of orange peel and star fruit. On the palate, you first detect the very fine perlage. The delicate mineral aromas conclude with fresh grapefruit and very fine cassis. ABV. 12.5%.
